Products: Our products are designed and manufactured by Kettle Customs Pty Limited in Somerville, Victoria. Product images and specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge; we reserve the right to update pricing and specifications for future orders without notice. Kettle Customs is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with SpaceX or Starlink.

Orders and payment: All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken in full at checkout, processed securely through Shopify.

Shipping: We ship Australia-wide, free of charge. Delivery timeframes are estimates and we're not responsible for carrier delays, though we'll always help chase a parcel.

Returns: See our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty: Every mount we manufacture carries a lifetime structural warranty covering defects in our workmanship and materials.

Intellectual property: All designs, logos and content on this site are the property of Kettle Customs Pty Limited and may not be used without permission.

Liability: To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the product purchased.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
