Dispatch: Our products are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are dispatched from our Somerville, Victoria workshop via Australia Post, with daily pickups direct from the warehouse.

Delivery times: Metro areas typically 2–5 business days after dispatch; regional and remote areas 5–10 business days.

Leaving on a trip? If you need your order quickly, mention your departure date in the order notes or email us and we'll upgrade you to Express Post at no extra charge.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS as soon as your order ships.

Damaged in transit: Inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number and we'll resolve it with the carrier.

Pickup: Click and collect from our Somerville workshop is available by arrangement.
